Types of Payment
There are many ways you can pay for our telecom services:
1.1 Pay at CAT Customer Service Offices by:
- cash
- crossed check paid to CAT Telecom PCL
- credit cards
1.2 Internet Payment at www.cattelecom.com
Private person can register to pay for overseas call at www.cattelecom.com by clicking
“overseas call payment/buy overseas phone card”. You will receive user name and
password from CAT.
Customers, who have bank accounts, debit and credit cards of :
- United Overseas Bank (Thai), can register at http://www.uob.co.th/index.htm
- Siam Commercial Bank, can register at http://scb.co.th/html/th/main.html
- Bank of Ayudhya, can register at http://krungsri.com/index.htm
CAT will pay for the fee. When you have already paid for the bill, you will receive
receipt/tax invoice in case you pay by post. More information can be obtained at Data

1.3 Bank Account Deduction
No fee needed, just contact CAT Customer Service Offices and branches of 12 banks:
- Bangkok Bank
- Bank of Ayudhya
- Kasikornbank
- TMB Bank
- Siam Commercial Bank
- Krung Thai Bank
- Siam City Bank
- United Overseas Bank (Thai)
- Bankthai
- Standard Chartered Bank
- Government Savings Bank
- Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives
1.4 Credit-Card Bank-Account Deduction
No fee needed with 3 banks:
- City Bank, contact City Phone Banking, Tel: 1588 twenty four hours
- Krung Thai Bank, contact CAT Customer Service centers or the bank, Tel: 1551
- HSBC Bank, contact CAT Customer Service centers or the bank, Tel: 1590
1.5 Pay at Bank Counters (only for private person)
You can pay at any branch of the following banks:
- Bangkok Bank
- Bank of Ayudhya
- Kasikornbank
- TMB Bank
- Siam Commercial Bank
- Krung Thai Bank
- Siam City Bank
- United Overseas Bank (Thai)
- Bankthai
- Government Savings Bank
You will pay for the fee and receive the first part of the bill back. CAT will send the
receipt/ tax invoice to you by post.
1.6 Pay at Paying Agents
- Post offices
- Counter Service
- GSM Advance or 1-2 Call customers can pay by mPAY. Contact Call Center, AIS, Tel:
1175 or CAT Contact Center, Tel: 1322 twenty four hours.
1.7 Bualuang ATM/Premier/Be1st Holders Can Pay by:
- phone, you can transfer money from your bank account. Dial 1333 or 0 2645 5555 and
do according to the directions. CAT will send the receipt/ tax invoice to you by post.
- Bangkok Bank ATM, you can also buy overseas card code via ATM.
1.8 Internet Payment at Bangkok Bank Website
Bualang iBanking members can pay at http://www.bangkokbank.com/ibanking
1.9 Pay at Kasikornbank, Siam Commercial Bank ATM
You can pay for overseas call and mobile phone services with barcodes on the bills at
Kasikornbank and Siam Commercial Bank ATM which can read barcodes. You can also
pay at United Overseas Bank (Thai), Bank of Ayudhya and TMB Bank.
1.10 Internet Payment for Citibank Customers (Enterprise)
You can pay for overseas call, HiNet, ThaiPak and OneConnect via CitiConnect. Contact
Citibank for the form and receive username and password. More information can be obtained at
CAT Contact Center, Tel: 1322 and Call Center, Citibank, Tel: 0 2232 3000
Recommendation for Tax Reduction
Enclose tax reduction form and write CAT address: CAT Telecom PCL, 99 Chaengwattana Road,
Thungsonghong, Laksi, Bangkok 10210-0298, Tax ID: 3030567260 and pay at CAT Customer Service
Offices or deduct money from your bank account.
Enterprise must give CAT power of attorney to reduce and pay the tax.
