With CAT cyfence Managed Security Services (MSS), customer’s network and security devices will be monitored and managed through the Security Operation Center (SOC) where security analysts and experts are working 24 hours a day and 7 days a week throughout the year to ensure a timely response to unexpected event and to protect customer’s digital asset. The security monitoring is done in real-time and, upon a risk event, an immediate notification will be delivered directly to the IT manager. In case of serious situation or severe attack, a team of IT security expert called CSIRT (Computer Security Incident Response Team) will be dispatched to help control the situation and contain the risk from spreading. The team will use IT forensic techniques to collect evidences that may lead to the cause of the problem and prepare recommendations to prevent future breakouts.
